These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and all associated services, tools, and transactions (“Services”). Together with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, they form the entirety of the agreement between us.
By accessing or using any part of the site, or by placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them in full, do not use the site or make any purchase.
- Order Formation & Payment
Orders can be placed through our online store by adding items to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. Order confirmations are sent via email.
The contract between us is deemed effective upon your payment being credited to our nominated account.
We process payments using Stripe and Maksekeskus AS; under no circumstances do we gain access to your sensitive banking or card data.
Payment methods may include bank link, credit card, or direct bank transfer, depending on your selection.
Your personal data (e.g., name, address, payment info) is collected solely for order processing, delivery purposes, and consent-based marketing purposes. - Modifications, Pricing & Availability
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT (unless stated otherwise).
We reserve the right to modify pricing, product specifications, and availability at any time and without prior notice.
Pricing errors, inventory issues, or misprints in product descriptions may lead to order cancellation at our discretion.
All product images are for illustrative purposes; actual color and quality may vary by device.
- Age & Lawful Use
You affirm that you constitute the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained appropriate consent to use our services on behalf of a minor.
You agree not to use our site or services for any illicit or unauthorized purposes, including violating applicable laws or transmitting harmful code or content.
- Site Usage & Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion and without liability.
- Shipping & Delivery
We ship products to various regions, including Estonia, EU countries, and specified international destinations. Delivery carriers may include Omniva, DPD, Itella Smartposti, Venipak, Unisend, KRP and DHL.
Shipping costs, delivery methods, and associated restrictions will be clearly visible at checkout.
Delivery timelines and costs may vary; any applicable import duties or customs fees shall be borne by you.
Standard delivery times: Estonia 1-3 business days, EU countries 5-14 business days, Others: delivery times vary.

- Non-EU: Delivery times vary; customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
We shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, or force majeure events.
- Returns & Refunds
You retain the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days following receipt, provided that goods remain unused, unopened, and are returned in original packaging.
This right does not apply to opened or used items due to hygiene concerns, or to purchases made by corporate entities.
To initiate a return, you must notify us in writing at customercare@mohlabcosm.ee within the 14-day window.
You will bear return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of returned items or valid proof of return.
If you opt for a premium shipping method beyond our standard offering, we are obligated only to refund the cost equivalent to the standard method.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request a return of the product or photo evidence. In such cases, we offer either a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
- Defects & Non-Conformity
Claims regarding defective or non-conforming goods must be submitted as soon as possible but latest within 2 months of delivery.
During the first 6 months following delivery, defects are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.
Upon valid claim, we will, at our discretion, replace, or fully refund the product at no cost to you.
- Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access, or product performance.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
Where liability cannot be limited under applicable law, our financial responsibility shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mohlab OÜ, its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law.
- Severability & Survival
Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the remainder. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., indemnification, limitations of liability) shall remain in effect.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Estonia.
The consumer also has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee, whose service is free of charge. The Consumer Disputes Committee is an independent and impartial body resolving consumer disputes, which is competent to resolve consumer disputes arising from a contract between a consumer and a trader, where the parties to the dispute are a consumer resident in Estonia and an entrepreneur registered in Estonia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
