- Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene and health protection, we cannot accept returns of unsealed or opened items.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if you are purchasing as a business (legal entity).
To initiate a return, please email us at customercare@mohlabcosm.ee with your order number and a clear statement of withdrawal.
- Return Process
Once your return is approved:
Return the product(s) to us within 14 days from your withdrawal notice.
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods without tracking.
- Refunds
Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.
If you chose a shipping method more expensive than our standard rate, we will refund only the equivalent of the standard shipping cost.
- Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us at customercare@mohlabcosm.ee within 14 days of receipt.
We may request photos or ask you to return the item. If confirmed:
We will cover the return shipping cost.
You can choose a replacement or full refund.
