- Delivery time within Europe is typically 3–10 business days, but can take up to 18 days during holiday seasons.
- We use trusted couriers such as Omniva, DPD, Itella Smartposti, Venipak, Unisend, KRP and DHL.
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
Customs and Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition due to hygiene and health regulations.
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable (except if the item was faulty or incorrect)
Opened or used products cannot be returned
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at customercare@mohlabcosm.ee with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll assess it on a case-by-case basis and do our best to resolve the issue.
